Recent Events II

Guess what, I decided to study abroad. AGAIN! Guess the first time wasn't enough to satiate me haha. This time, I'm going to Beijing for 6 weeks exclusively to study Chinese culture and improve my Chinese. I won't be earning credit that will go toward my degree, since I'll have graduated in May. So I suppose this counts as some time off after college before I try to enter the workforce. This program is sponsored by CLERC, the trip lasting from July 4th to August 24th. After the 6 weeks of study at Peking University (PKU) we will be traveling around different places in China including Yunnan, Shangri-La and Shanghai. My friend did this program when she was in high school and from what I've heard, she really enjoyed herself. I'm so excited!! I can't wait!
